Fashion's dirty little secret is this: Plus-sized customers feel judged and petite-sized customers feel forgotten. Because of this the fashion industry is viewed as elitist, divisive and unkind, leaving women of "special sizes" (plus, petite, tall, maternity) disenfranchised.
Uh, yoo-hooooo! **BREAKING NEWS** Real women are, in fact, what the fashion industry has historically considered "special-sized" which implies, err, the majority of women are abnormal. In reality, "special-sized" is everyday, real women—you, me, us—each of whom is beautifully unique in both size and shape. THAT is normal, thankyouverymuch.
In fact, plus and petite size markets combined make up one-third of U.S. women's apparel sales. Accordingly to ABC News, roughly 67% of American women are size 14 or larger and 43% are petite-sized. That's what's real. That's what's normal. This is who the American woman really is.
EveryBody matters to us. We neither judge nor forget anyone. Instead, we are proud to be changemakers and champion everyday real, normal women by offering universally-flattering, confidence-boosting, all-empowering, intelligently-designed and life-improving clothing-for-all.
